Music Program

At Trinity UMC, Music is an integral part of our Worship and Community

There are many ways to take part Music at our church:

Choir sings on Sunday mornings during our 10:00 AM worship service.  Choir members practice Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM. We just got back from our summer break, so… NOW is the perfect time to join our adult choir You don’t have to know how to read music. We teach you everything you need to know (and maybe a few things you don’t need to know). We look forward to seeing you on Wednesdays @ 7:30 PM!

Praise Team

This is a smaller group of singers and musicians that lead the worship service at 10am many Sundays.  We practice Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM.

Praise band

Maybe you play the drums, guitar, clarinet, piano, violin, or cow bell.  If you like playing your instrument for the Lord this is the place for you. Once a month and on special services, our praise band supports the service.  Practice times vary. 

Adult Bell Choir

This group plays the hand bells during certain services during the year.  For these selected services, we practice a few weeks prior to the special service.

Music in Motion

Music in Motion is a Music Program for children, kindergarten through 5th grade. This program allows children to have fun and gain confidence by using their creative gifts. Whether a “music only program” or a “play with music”, their joy in performance is a blessing to all. Practice is Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM during the school year.  

Other Groups

We also have several small groups that get together to play all different types of music for other events and the community.

Or if none of those are for you, you can join us on Sunday mornings in the congregation and just sing as the Lord leads you.
